Rezaei Monfared declared that: “as there will be so many people at Persepolis for the New Year festival so the festival will be held at the Site around ‘Haft Sin’ table with various cultural programs”. He continued: “100 voluntary tour guides and special related teamwork’s are ready to provide good services for the visitors in Nowrooz”.
As he said opening two photo exhibitions in the Museum and its lateral hall, opening stonecutting workshop, establishing special groups (G) like: information G, conservation and restoration G, archeology G, Radio services, cultural heritage assistant, supporting G, constructing G, organizing G, managing the lost, opening restoration workshop for public visit, live music performance, showing information on monitors, local informing includes historical and Nowrooz-related information by radio are some of the programs of Nowrooz festival at Persepolis.
Rezaei Monfared added: “cultural heritage assistant’s pavilion will be at the entrance path of Persepolis like last years in which children can learn about how to visit a historical place and will receive a particular card as a cultural heritage assistant”. He also declared that: “the visitors can attend a concert at Persepolis during Nowrooz, and they can also attend a free concert on the 4th and 5th day of Farvardin”. He said that the visitors can visit Persepolis from 8 a.m. until 17:30 and added that 5000 guide brochures will also be given to the visitors.
